• 1 | Obtain authorization from TCS to move merchandise.
  1. Obtain technical sheet or material safety data sheet (MSDS).
  2. Obtain tariff classification number of Importer in Mexico.
  • 2 | Check with TCS if the listed importer In Mexico is already registered.

Otherwise, obtain the following documents from the importer so that TCS is able to complete registry.

  1. Power of attorney with signature of legal representative. Original copy.
  2. Tax certificate.
  3. Copy of Passport of legal representative.
  4. Copy of Power of Attorney that indicates that the importer grants his authorization to the legal representative.
  5. Proof of residence.

Considerations

a. Ensuring that the importer in Mexico has a customs broker able to deliver at the ramp of destination. Otherwise, Grupo 365 is able to provide his dispatch services at the destination ramps.
